Mont Blanc
(Chestnut Cream Pastry)
Mont Blanc is a
dessert piles with sweetened chestnut puree on top of meringues. The name
resembles a snow-capped mountain.
I wanted to make
this since I started making miniature from polymer clay. The most difficult
part of making Mont Blanc was piping the chestnut puree. I tried to use clay
gun, but it was very difficult to pipe out the puree from the clay gun, maybe
because I did not add any liquid clay to it. I decided to use the piping tip
instead.
