Chicken Baguette

Hey guys, sorry for not being able to blog frequently.

As you know, I love browsing through food website and magazine to get some inspiration for my miniature. This miniature was inspired by a recipe from Jamie Oliver magazine.

Personally, I feel that the tomato colour is too red. The most challenging part of this miniature is the lettuce, I still unable to get what I wanted.

Hotdog

I thought miniature hotdog would be easy to do but not. I am still not satisfied with the outcome.

Breads (Croissant, Baguette, Boule)

The first bread that I made was on July 2012. I darken the colour of the bread as I feel that the colour for those previous breads was too light. I didn’t varnish these breads except for the croissant. Overall, I feel that they are better than the previous time.

Sandwich

The 1^st attempt sandwich that I made was not defined. The ham and tomato slice were too thick. I tried to make another one on the next day, it turned out fine but my friend can’t tell there was an egg with yolk flowing down, she thought it was mustard. So I think next time instead of putting the egg between the sandwich, I will put it on top of the bread.

Though I spend 3 hours made all these breads but it was fun, not as difficult as I thought. I like how they turned out. Photos are not very sharp TT.TT
