Strawberry Tartlet

These strawberry slices were from my 4^th attempt for strawberry cane. So far it was the best, but I need to add more translucent to it. The proportion was not right, I should make the strawberry smaller or the tart base bigger. The size of the tart base is 1cm.

Strawberry Cane

These are the strawberry canes that I made over the past two weeks. 

1^st Attempt – I need to add more details to it.

2^nd Attempt – I needed to add more outer layer to it.

3^rd Attempt – Look like spider.

4^th Attempt – So far is the best, but I should add more translucent to it.
