This roll cake is much bigger than the previous roll cake
that I have done.

I took two days to finish this miniature, duration time
around 3 hours. On the first day I cut out all the stars using pen knife and
pre-baked them. The next day, I piped them with liquid clay icing and baked
them again. Then I stacked them to form a Christmas tree.

I used circle cutter to cut out the edge of the leaf and
pre-bake them so that it will be more easy to deco on the pudding.

Christmas Chocolate Fondant Pudding
Christmas is coming soon, it is one of my favorite
festive and I am very excited about it. I
will be quite busy during year-end and might be taking a longer time to upload
what I have done. This is the first Christmas miniature that I have made.
