This is the
second miniature I done for this week. Diameter of the cupcake is 0.8cm.
Due to the dry cracked and bleeding on my thumb, all the miniature I done for this week are inferior. Since I started making miniature, my hands become very dry, sometimes my hands skin will crack and bleed which is very painful. Hopefully, I will be able to create something nice next week.

I took three
days to complete this pastry. Duration time took about 2-4 hours per day. I am not satisfied with it, I think I will remake it again. Diameter
of the charlotte is 2cm.

The most
challenging part for me was to align the profiteroles equally on the cone
tower. Diameter of the profiteroles tower is 2cm and height of it is 3.8cm.
