I am not
satisfied with the strawberry shortcake. It looked too cartoonish. The
strawberry I used was rejected one, because it was too translucent.

It took me 3
days to remake and fine tuned the kawaii macaron. I made a few but I prefer
this than the rest of the macarons that I had made. The size of the macaron is slightly
bigger, it is about 2cm width.

I might need
to redo the donuts, the size of the sprinkles was too big. The size of the donut is about
1.3cm.

I am inspired
by how Japanese deco their charm so for this macaron I added crystal, fruits
and whipped cream on it. The diameter is 1.5cm.

Cream Puff
I am not
satisfied with these cream puffs. Though my friends and family said it is nice
but no one can tell that they are cream puffs. I think the top part of the puff
should be smaller than the base. The cream was too white, I should add some
yellow clay to it.
